Visiting this site

The web server notes IP address, time, requested page and browser of each request. These entries help us run and protect the site and are erased after seven days.

Writing to us

If you send us an email, we keep it and your contact details until the matter is settled and for any follow-up, and pass them to nobody without your permission.

Mailings for clients

The client that sends to you is responsible for your data. We process addresses, mailing content and consent records on its behalf, for the period agreed with it.

Delivery records

We log whether the receiving mail server accepted or rejected a message, and bounces and complaints that come back. This keeps lists clean and shows whether the receiving side took the mail.

Unsubscribing

If you unsubscribe, your address is kept on a suppression list so that the client cannot mail it again by mistake. The entry holds only the address and the date of the opt-out. It is kept, on the basis of the legitimate interest in honouring your objection, for as long as the client sends through us - even after a request for erasure, because without it the opt-out could not be enforced.

No tracking on these pages

There are no cookies, no analytics tools and no fonts or scripts from other servers on this website.

Your rights

You may ask what data is held about you and have it corrected or erased, limit or object to its use, obtain a copy in a common format and withdraw any consent. Complaints can also be addressed to a data protection authority.
